Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40 within the United States. Orders under $40 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on carrier capacity, weather, customs, and other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package anytime on our Order Tracking page.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship to the United States only. We plan to expand to international markets in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title passes to you. We are not responsible for delays, theft, or damage caused by the carrier after handoff. However, we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
